The game workshop collaboration has been a common fare since the Dark Ages, but it's a bit unique because this is the first thing Secretlab has done with the company. And what you're getting here is a Titan Evo Warhammer40,000 Ultramarine Edition full of your own purity seals.

We are big fans of Titan Evo and have been recommending the best gaming chairs for a long time, so that's the first good bit about this news. There's nothing worse than collaborating with your favorite gaming company, but just finding out that the product is rubbish. 

Fortunately, Secretlab's Titan Evo is not garbage. Of course, it's not cheap, but it's the bar where all the other gaming chairs are held.

The cold-cure foam on the back and base is firm, but it is cossetting and stays that way for years. We have several Titans in the office and they endure hours of use every day, but they are just as comfortable as they were when they were first tested.

The adjustable lumbar support can be operated while sitting in the chair, making it a doddle to get the perfect seating position. They are really great gaming chairs. 

Of course, it is possible to spoil a great product by a terrible color scheme or a badly thought-out theme. I think Secretlab is just balancing here, but if it's not for the front and back seals that remind me, the color choice would make me think of Fallout rather than Warhammer40k.Still, it certainly looks very nice, as the gold trim and blue leatherette look bright and clean. Hmm, "clean" does not sound very warty-K, is it not?

Anyway, I know you can't judge the quality of something entirely through photos, but I can't imagine Secretlab wanting to dent Titan Evo's reputation using cheap materials and construction methods.

In order to be 100% clear where your loyalty is, the symbol of the Ultramarine chapter, along with the Aquila embroidered on the front, sewed your own purity seal on the left shoulder I must say, as a finishing touch, it's a perfect border. Secretlab may have been stuck with colors and logos, but its skulls and litany are what inspired it. 

I wouldn't classify myself as being a heartfelt Warhammer 40,000 enthusiast, but I have a soft spot for something that can wear some hefty power armor, grab a bolt gun and stamp out some horde of infidels. So if I was trying to get myself a new chair and want to have a serious gaming theme on it, I would be a lot worse than this Titan Evo Ultramarine edition
