Newegg, a popular PC gaming and electronics retailer, will match customer donations up to $100,000 to support the Los Angeles Fire Department's efforts, including wildfires that are currently destroying homes and lives in California, Oregon, and throughout the West Coast.

From September 18 through October 2, Newegg customers can make small donations at checkout in increments of $1, $5, $10, $25, and $100 to support the Los Angeles Fire Department. Newegg has pledged to price-match these donations up to $100,000 to help keep firefighters safe and stop the spread of wildfires. The Los Angeles Fire Department is made up of approximately 3,500 employees, who have been put to the test this year in battling the worst wildfires on record, and LAFD Foundation President Liz Lynn said, "These large fires are testing the limits of this organization's resources.

Individual donations play a critical role in keeping our firefighters safe, especially during this tragic and historically destructive wildfire season."
