The next DLC release for Phoenix Point, an XCOM-like strategy game about an alien invasion of Earth, is coming this month. No specific date has been set yet, but developer Snapshot Games said on the Phoenix Point forums that it is likely to be finalized next week.

"Legacy of the Ancients uncovers the secrets of the Antillean civilization that predated modern human civilization on Earth. 'Explore ancient ruins to gain knowledge about this precursor civilization and use its secrets to research entirely new Phoenix Point weapons and technology. Are the Antediluvians real Boomers? We will eventually find out. As the heritage of the ancients is revealed to mankind, new rivals will emerge."
