We haven't heard much about a mobile version of Teamfight Tactics, the League of Legends spin-off autobattler, since it was announced last year. But Riot Games has announced that, lo and behold, a mobile version will launch on March 19 for both iOS and Android devices.
The good news is that the mobile version will be cross-playable with the PC version (in most regions), and account progress will be carried over, so any cosmetics purchased on the PC version will be available on the mobile version.
For those unfamiliar with Riot's Autobattler, Teamfight Tactics is an adaptation of Autochess, which exploded in popularity last year and spawned a slew of clones like Dota Underlords. The idea is to use gold to buy champions, which you then place on the board to beat up your opponents' champions. But which champions to use and how to arrange them is very important, and there are tons of strategies to consider.
