[As promised last week, Blizzard celebrated this birthday with a "Spirit of Competition" event that included free card packs, "Year of the Dragon" card backs, a new quest chain, and the return of the "Burndown" and "Hall of Champions, two tavern fights, are back.

Players start a Burndown brawl with a random deck, and when the action is over, the loser takes the winner's deck - the deck that beat him - into the next match. In this iteration, one deck dominates the others, and the Hall of Champions will feature decks that have won previous Hearthstone World Championships, including those used by recent winners Xiaomeng 'Liooon' Li and Casper 'Hunterace' Notto.
