Dell's S2716DRG gaming monitor sold for $480 in 2017 and dropped to $350 in 2018. If you passed on these deals in hopes that the price would drop even further, today is the day you'll be vindicated: it's on sale at Best Buy for $299.99.
This is the lowest price we've seen for this monitor; it's been cut in half at Best Buy, and Amazon's price history shows it still selling for around $600 for most of the past six months (Dell shows the "member price" after discount at $527.24).
The S2716DRG is a 27" display with a TN panel, which is its only real drawback (IPS and VA screens usually offer better color accuracy and viewing angles). It has a resolution of 2560x1440, a refresh rate of 144 Hz, and a 1 ms response time, and supports Nvidia's G-Sync technology to maintain smooth operation.
It can tilt, swivel, and pivot, and as for connectivity, it has HDMI and DisplayPort inputs, three downstream USB ports, speaker line output, and headphone output.
Overall, it's a good choice for those looking for a relatively large and fast gaming monitor, which is also available on eBay through Best Buy.
